Rain will increase this evening lasting into Wednesday afternoon, this combined with warm temperatures will cause an increase in melt from a primed snowpack. Flows in streams and creeks may increase quickly. However, mainstem rivers are expected to remain well below flood stage. Additionally, ponding may occur in urban areas. Rock and snowslides are also be a concern along roadways.
