Thunderstorm with Lightning with gusty wind (speed reaching 30-40 Kmph) along with one or two spells of light to moderate rain (1-2 cm/hr)is very likely to occur at isolated places over Cachar, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Lakhimpur, Sribhumi, Tinsukia in next 1-3 hours.
