At 11:46 am on August 1, 2026, the Kashgar Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that from the daytime of August 1 to the daytime of August 6, Kashgar City, Shule County, and Shufu County will experience high temperatures above 37 ℃. Among them, on the daytime of August 3, the highest temperatures in Akkashi Township and Guangji Township in Kashgar City, Alali Township, Yingawati Township, Alafu Township, Hannanlike Town and other towns in Shule County can reach 40 ℃ or above. The public and relevant departments are advised to pay attention to prevention.
