Therefore, even though heavy rain has ended, the flood warning is being extended. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by previous heavy rain. SOURCE...Gauges reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Areas along and near the Hanalei River, including the Hanalei Bridge.
