Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Schuyler, Brown, Cass and Morgan Counties. Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Cass and Mason Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Peoria. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not protected by levees. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon. In west central Illinois, Fulton and Knox. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
