The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... Tampa Bay waters... At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Howard Frankland Bridge to Egmont Key, moving southeast at 15 knots.
