Northwestern Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Southwestern Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Southeastern Preble County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Harrison, Carlisle, South Middletown, Ross, Gratis, Seven Mile, Williamsdale, Darrtown, Dunlap and Colerain Township.
