Hazardous winter conditions are expected. Major winter storm continues. What: Freezing rain with ice build-up of 6 to 12 mm. Northeasterly wind gusts of 70 to 80 km/h. When: Continuing through today. Additional information: Freezing rain and ice pellets will change over to light snow this afternoon. ### Travel will likely be extremely hazardous and some routes will likely be impassable. Road closures are possible. Prolonged, widespread utility outages are likely. Roofs are at an increased risk of collapse under the weight of snow.
