What: Snow, blowing snow and freezing rain. When: From Sunday evening to Monday evening. Additional information: Up to 15 centimetres of snow is expected beginning this evening. Visibilities could drop to near zero in heavy snow and blowing snow. Snow will change to freezing rain on Monday morning and may continue into Monday afternoon. A transition to rain is expected on Monday afternoon, or in the evening on the North Shore. Please adjust your driving to changing road conditions. Consider delaying any non-essential travel plans until conditions improve. Visibilities may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
