A wintry mix is producing light ice accumulations late this morning, before transitioning fully to snow. * WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Iowa. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
