Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois... La Moine River at Colmar affecting McDonough and Hancock Counties. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Iowa... Cedar River near Conesville affecting Muscatine and Louisa Counties. .Recent rounds of heavy rainfall are producing flooding on several area tributary rivers. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River at Moline. * WHEN...From Sunday morning to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water affects residences near the 27th Street bridge. Water is over portions of 60th St south of Green Valley Sports Complex and portions of 56th Ave along the north side of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.8 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 12.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
