Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass Counties. Illinois River at Peoria affecting Woodford, Peoria and Tazewell Counties. Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...From late Sunday night to early Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning to a crest of 23.4 feet Monday evening. For the Illinois River (Upper)...including La Salle...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Lower parking lot at Starved Rock State Park is inundated east of La Salle. High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to crest near 24.0 feet overnight, then begin a slow fall. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

may already be occurring. Persons along rivers and streams in the
