Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1045 AM EDT/945 AM CDT/. * At 908 AM EDT/808 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 14 nm southwest of Mexico Beach, or 16 nm west of Port St. Joe, moving southeast at 25 knots.
