Relevant regions and units shall implement the leadership shift and 24-hour duty system, and closely monitor the precipitation situation. Timely activate contingency plans and strengthen patrols and control measures in areas prone to flash floods. 3. Real time monitoring of warning information, the county government and relevant departments implement the "call and wake up" mechanism, and timely carry out the evacuation and risk avoidance work for the people in the danger zone. 4. Strengthen the monitoring and inspection of reservoirs (hydropower stations), silt dams, small and medium-sized rivers, and mountainous river channels to ensure the absolute safety of key protected objects in the flood control engineering system of the basin.
