When: Tonight and Tuesday morning. Additional information: Areas of blowing snow are expected later tonight as gusty winds combined with lake effect snow off Lake Huron develop. Snowfall amounts up to 10 cm are possible locally. Conditions should slowly improve Tuesday morning as winds ease. ### Travel will likely be hazardous due to near-zero visibility.
