Conditions are favourable for the development of squalls with wind gusts up to 40 knots, frequent lightning and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times. Strong winds that may cause damage are expected. What: Strong winds gusting up to 90 km/h. When: This morning through this afternoon. Additional information: Strong southwest winds are expected to develop this morning with the passage of a cold front. Winds will shift to the west and ease slightly this afternoon.
