For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 26 below zero expected. * WHERE...Clay and Lincoln Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 1 AM CDT Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 11 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
