    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - One to as much as five inches of rain has fallen across the watch area. Additional amounts of one to two inches, with higher amounts, are possible through early this afternoon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Northern Huntington County in northeastern Indiana... Northeastern Wells County in northeastern Indiana... Southeastern Whitley County in northeastern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1141 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated continued rain and isolated thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
