    Hazardous winter conditions are expected. Major winter storm continues. What: Total snowfall and ice pellet accumulations up to 40 cm. Near zero visibility in heavy snow and blowing snow. Freezing rain with ice build-up of 6 to 12 mm. Northeasterly wind gusts of 70 to 80 km/h. When: Continuing through Monday. Additional information: Rapidly accumulating snowfall will transition to ice pellets and freezing rain after midnight. ### Travel will likely be extremely hazardous and some routes will likely be impassable. Road closures are possible. Prolonged, widespread utility outages are likely. Roofs are at an increased risk of collapse under the weight of snow.     Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall. What: Total rainfall amounts of 25 to 50 mm. When: Tonight or early Monday morning through Monday afternoon. Where: Areas from Killarney to North Bay and south. Additional information: Freezing rain will change over to rain as temperatures rise above the freezing mark early Monday morning.
