At 14:13 on July 31, the Meihekou Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds [level IV/general], affecting all townships (streets) in Meihekou City. It is expected that there will be strong winds with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 8 or above in our city in the next 24 hours. The Municipal Emergency Bureau and Meteorological Bureau jointly remind relevant units and the general public to take measures to prevent wind, fire, and dust. Please stay away from temporary structures such as sheds and billboards when traveling, and be careful of falling objects from high places.

Pedestrians should try to ride bicycles as little as possible, and do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when it is windy; 5.
