Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and west central Missouri. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Road conditions are very icy despite the minimal snow accumulations. Motorists are urged to drive with caution and allow extra time if you must travel!
