Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur with storms during the afternoon and evening, with lighter rainfall overnight. The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of north central New Mexico, including the following areas, Espanola Valley and Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Another Flash Flood Watch is in effect for Thursday.
