    FFWOUN The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Cleveland County in central Oklahoma... Central Oklahoma County in central Oklahoma... * Until 600 AM CDT. * At 254 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Newcastle, Choctaw, The Village, Noble, Slaughterville, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Nicoma Park, Goldsby, Valley Brook, Etowah, Stanley Draper Lake, Tinker Air Force Base and Lake Thunderbird.

    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following county, Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 133 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
