Winds gusting as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will become very difficult to impossible due to whiteout conditions. Very strong winds may cause damage to trees and isolated to scattered power outages.

For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 22 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east central and northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 7 AM Sunday to 1 AM CDT Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down a few trees and power lines. Isolated power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
