Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a lull in the heavy snow through this evening. During this lull, expect periods of light snow mixed with light freezing drizzle at times. Strong winds will still produce significant blowing and drifting snow in open areas.
