The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers the North. At the same time, the weakening southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in Thailand. The weakening winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected to be 1–2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves are expected to be about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณภาคเหนือ ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ข
