At 10:46 am on July 31, 2026, the Altay Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that there will be lightning activity along the Sawuer Mountain in Jimunai County, Tiereketi Township in Habahe County, Kanas and Hemu Scenic Area in Burqin County, Ahe Highway in Altay City, Qibeiling, Xiaodonggou, Wulunguhu Lake District and Hongshanzui Port in Fuhai County, Aksaraxia Ranch, Karabulegenxia Ranch and Jingexia Ranch in Fuyun County from noon to evening today. There may be short-term heavy rainfall, gusty winds and other strong convective weather in some areas. Please pay attention to strengthening prevention.
