Winter storm early this week What: - 15 to 25 centimetres of snow expected - near-zero visibilities at times in heavy snow and blowing snow - period of freezing rain leaving up to 5 millimetres of ice accretion When: early Monday morning through overnight Monday night Additional information: Precipitation will begin as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets, and then to freezing rain in the afternoon. Overnight Monday night, temperatures will rise above the freezing mark and precipitation will change over to rain, reducing the remaining accumulations on the ground. ### Travel will likely be challenging.
