Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce areas of blowing snow tonight and Tuesday. * WHERE...Oswego County. Lake bands will mainly impact far northern portions of the county through Tuesday morning, then shift south across the remainder of the county Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
