    Hazardous winter conditions are expected. What: - 10 to 15 cm of snow - Near zero visibility in blowing snow - Strong gusty northeasterly winds - Wind chill minus 15 to minus 20 When: - Now to Wednesday morning. Where: - Williston - Highway 97 Additional Information: A deep low pressure system moving across interior B.C. continues to bring snow to northern areas tonight. Strong northeasterly winds gusting to 60 km/h, combined with falling snow, will result in blowing snow conditions with near zero visibility at times. Snow and blowing snow will ease by early Wednesday morning for the Williston Basin and northern sections of Highway 97. ### Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Winter Storm Warnings are issued when multiple types of severe winter weather (such as snow, freezing rain, wind and rain) are expected or occurring.
