Time span: spreading eastward this morning and continuing until Thursday morning in western, southwestern, and central areas and until Thursday afternoon in the northeast. Remarks: Rainfall rates of up to 10 mm per hour may occur over some locations, especially tonight. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant impacts are expected due to rainfall amounts.
