    * WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May and Southeastern Burlington. * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 1 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate tidal flooding could continue into the weekend. Cannot rule out major tidal flooding, especially within Barnegat Bay.

In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. * WHEN...From 10 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread tidal flooding could continue through at least Friday night's high tide or perhaps longer.
