High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 23.2 feet. - Forecast...The river has crested and will gradually fall through this weekend, and possibly fall below flood stage by early next week. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
