Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust and/or blowing snow may reduce visibility at times. Expect much colder temperatures and sub-zero wind chills on Sunday morning.
