    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following areas, Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River, Northwest San Juan Mountains, San Juan River Basin and Southwest San Juan Mountains. * WHEN...Through 6 AM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. This also includes the Babylon burn scar as well as slot canyons and areas of steep, susceptible terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue through early Thursday morning, producing periods of heavy rainfall and potential flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

    * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Glen Canyon Recreation Area/Lake Powell, South Central Utah, Western Canyonlands and Zion National Park. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep moisture will remain in place across the region. Several disturbances will fuel development of thunderstorms with rainfall rates in excess of 0.25 to 0.50 inches per hour. In areas with training thunderstorms, rainfall rates will exceed 0.50 inches per hour. This will cause flash flooding in areas such as normally dry washes, slot canyons, and slickrock areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
