    * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kentucky, including the following counties, Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Franklin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms with locally heavy downpours will continue into the evening. With the ground already saturated in many locations from rain the past few days, rapid runoff of the rainfall could lead to localized flash flooding.

Southeastern Ross County in south central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 653 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Waverly, Piketon, Pike Lake, Kincaid Springs, Buchanan, Summithill, Lake White, Idaho, Scioto Trail State Park, Massieville, Pike County Airport and Omega.
