The Sanmen County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 14:40 on April 28, 2026: Due to the combined influence of cold air and sea going cyclones, it is expected that there will be 8-10 level strong winds in the coastal sea and high mountain areas of our county from tonight to tomorrow. Coastal towns (streets) such as Puba Port, Jiantiao, Shepan, and Hairun will have 7-9 level winds, while other towns (streets) will have 6-8 level winds. Please strengthen prevention measures for coastal tourism, pay attention to wind conditions for ships and facilities at sea, and choose safe water areas for shelter if necessary. Strengthen wind protection measures for facilities such as agriculture and temporary structures.
