Orange warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 12:39 a.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a dangerous thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, golf ball to tennis ball size hail and heavy rain. This dangerous thunderstorm is on Highway 2, just north of Crossfield, moving east at 35 km/h. ### Travel delays and/or cancellations are likely. Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Large hail will likely cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
