West 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph Monday. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. Humidity recovery will be poor Sunday night. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower to upper 70s. Lows in the upper 30s to mid 40s.
