* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...El Paso and Hudspeth Counties in Far West Texas. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep moisture will remain in place through at least Friday morning, with weak disturbances producing periods of showers and thunderstorms. These storms will be far more localized than the rain we have already seen, and confidence in precise timing is low. * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern El Paso County in western Texas... * WHEN...Until 200 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1205 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
