Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1105 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving through the area. Localized flooding of roadways and poor drainage areas will occur shortly. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
