Locally higher gusts possible along the highest elevations. * WHERE...Codington, Deuel, Grant, Marshall, and Roberts Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Gusty winds may also cause blowing dust especially near open fields, temporarily reducing visibility.
