Hazards: Wind gusts up to 90 km/h. Quarter to ping pong ball size hail. Locally heavy rainfall with amounts up to 50 mm. Risk of a tornado. Timing: Ending this evening. Additional information: Thunderstorms will continue to affect the area into this evening. Some storms could become severe with strong winds, large hail and heavy rain. Conditions may become favourable for some storms to produce tornadoes, but confidence in any tornado threat is low. ### Local utility outages are possible. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
