Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall through Tuesday night is expected to average from 1.0 to 1.5 inches across the watch area. However, there is the potential for isolated locations to receive an additional 2 to 3 inches. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen so far with an additional 1 to 3 inches possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
