In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wood and Wyandot. * WHEN...From 11 AM EDT this morning through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Since Sunday afternoon, three rounds of showers and storms have moved through the region and a large portion of northern Ohio has received 1 to 2 inches of rain with some locally higher amounts. Another round or two of storms is expected on Tuesday into Tuesday night that could bring another 1 to 2 inches of rain with locally higher amounts where repeated storms occur. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1123 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
