* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Big Island Summits.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility at times, with periods of zero visibility.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams due to excessive rain over saturated ground. Urban areas may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to rapid runoff.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Unstable tropical moisture left from the departing kona low and troughing aloft will bring possible heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms through the overnight to early morning hours.
