Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall totals (beginning tonight through Monday) of 3 to 7 inches are forecast with the lower end of these ranges more likely across out SW Georgia and Florida Big Bend counties and the higher end of these totals more likely across the Panhandle and into extreme southern portions of Alabama.
