MINOR TO ISOLATED MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE ACROSS THE FLOOD WATCH AREA OVER THE WEEKEND Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been recorded over much of the Flood Watch area since early Thursday. The highest totals have been recorded over the South West and parts of Gippsland. Further rainfall is forecast across the Flood Watch area for the remainder of Saturday, with the most significant totals forecast across parts of Gippsland before the rain contracts to East Gippsland during Sunday. Minor to isolated moderate flooding is possible across the Flood Watch area over the weekend. Catchments across the Flood Watch area are moderately wet to wet and are likely to respond relatively quickly to rainfall. A Severe Weather Warning for heavy rainfall is current for West and South Gippsland and parts of Central, South West and East Gippsland Forecast Districts.

MINOR TO MAJOR FLOOD WARNINGS CURRENT FOR PARTS OF THE FLOOD WATCH AREA Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been recorded over much of the Flood Watch area since early Thursday. The highest totals have been recorded over the South West and parts of Gippsland. This has resulted in river level rises and minor to isolated major flooding across the Flood Watch area. No significant rainfall forecast over the next few days. Minor to major flood warnings are current for several catchments across the Flood Watch area. No additional warnings are expected. River and creek levels may remain elevated over the next few days.
