The high-pressure system from China that has already extended over upper Vietnam, it is expected to move cover the upper Northeastern region tonight (October 4, 2026) with thundershowers and gusty wind including lightning strikes in the upper country and isolated heavy rains in the lower South. For the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
