ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง กับมีลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนยังคงปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และทะเลจีนใต้ ประกอบกับมีลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากอ่าวไทยและทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ในขณะที่ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอากาศร้อน สำหรับภาคใต้จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ เนื่องจากคลื่นกระแสลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ส่วนชาวเรือควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือ และหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
